Open Android Studio and navigate to the SDK from your computer. Then, select the project directory with the Android logo in it. When the installation is complete, you’ll see a dialog box asking if you’d like to import your previous settings. Select the option that says “Don’t import previous settings.” After you’ve finished your project, Android Studio will automatically find the components of the SDK and start the project. To test your app on an Android phone, open the emulator and connect the device with the studio via a USB cable. Make sure to enable USB debugging on your phone.
